Catering for Everyone's Needs

Travel can be challenging for everyone, but if you or a member of your group have any kind of disability you may be worried about getting the assistance you need. Fortunately, disability awareness is growing. In 2017 Gatwick led the way in becoming the UK’s first autism-friendly airport and introduced a hidden disability lanyard to alert staff members that a passenger might need additional assistance.

We want everyone to be able to travel the world comfortably and this is possible with pre-planning. If you or a member of your group have a disability or medical condition requiring special transport, assistance, accommodation or dietary requirements we recommend you complete the ABTA Checklist and provide all the information any supplier may require.
